This is such a great video Maya! I’m part of a retail management team, and
I handle anywhere from 5-10 resumes daily, all from people applying for the
same position. You may be the perfect fit that I’m looking for, but if your
resume doesn’t express your talents and abilities in a quick pitch, easy
read, catchy format, then it goes straight into the reject pile. It sounds
terribly harsh, but when I see a professional, engaging, and diverse
resume, I wanna give that person a call to get them in for an interview
over someone who wrote down ten sentences on a sheet of paper! Putting
effort into creating and building a resume is half the battle. Don’t rely
on getting an interview to showcase who you are because you may not reach
that stage of the hiring process. Make sure you shine every step of the
    way!

What to do if you did something that you’re not proud of on social media
cuz let’s face it people can check your social media site now days where
twerking is the normal and posing halfway naked its not a bad thing people
get caught up and being adventurous so what do you do when that’s not you
anymore you’re not ashamed of it but you really want this new job
